Wow, we take on zombie predator in this one, except even MORE invisible.

I’m loving this LP. Keep up the good work, Matt and Pat.

I love this playthough. And I totally agree it’s too much like RE4. But geeze there are so many mechanics in this game for it to be too scary like the commercials for this game would like to imply…mechanics can be fun when done right though.

Loving this LP (maybe cuz this is my favorite game so far this year), however… How are you guys missing these houses? lol, you skipped 4 in just this one episode. Lol, I know Pat said you wouldnt find any secrets, but these aren’t secrets, just big ass houses that you’re staring at and walking past. 1 across the chainsaw guy barn, the one with the Doctors brother, the one across from it, and the little save shed right next to it. You even get an extra little cool sequence in that save room that yall totally missed. I think yall are probably just rushing and not thinking about it, since the areas ARE kinda huge, but theres lots of stuff you’re missing by just walking right past.

The invisiblessed zombie was actually a pretty cool trick; the room had lots of physics-affected objects (like the curtains and the books) so you could see where he is based on visual and sound cues instead of a shimmer. That way you can create a feeling of fear in the player while still giving them the tools to kill it. That being said, it’s a bit too subtle, especially considering there wasn’t any sort of indication the invisible enemy was even there.

Love the art design in this game, really feels like a updated Resident Evil game!

Okay does it not work the way I think it does or could pat have just fucking opened the chest halfway to disarm the bomb
November 17, 2014 at 10:52 am
That’s basically what you do but these two are to busy fooling around to notice.

Pat found a bug in the game, if you miss shooting the paint can the boss glitches out and you go on to the next level.
November 17, 2014 at 12:00 am
you have to learn where to shoot the head in order to get the “one hit kill”?
November 17, 2014 at 12:01 am
The Invisible haunted can only be heard , you can also see it trip around the objects . Loving this playthrough so far, rocky start but you guys are getting the hang of it. Also Pat stop rushing and look around and get ammo, your falling for every trick in the book.

I really can’t wait for Matt to read on in Sebastian’s diary… and why does no one who LPs this ever read “opening the chest part-way will disarm the trap”?

i am aMAAAAZED they are making progress in this game, considering how wrong they both are about basically everything thats happened from the moment the game started

What an AH-mazing game.
November 17, 2014 at 4:42 am
Pat needs to start breaking every box they come across and checking the environment more.
November 17, 2014 at 5:47 pm
Was I the only one who saw Pat running into that second trap from a mile away, even without seeing the trap? You never look back man, that never helps.

A chainsaw could probably cut through that chain unless it’s made of titanium or something of that quality. It’d just take a long-ass time and dull the teeth awfully fierce. Really chains aren’t that tough, could easily cut through it with bolt-cutters or even a hack saw if you got patience.

Really liked that perspective shift trick at the very end. This game has some really cool surprises.
