Late is good. It allows the games to sit for some time, digest and really internalize before you reflect back on what you enjoyed the most. #fixthebaz2014
December 22, 2014 at 9:01 pm
Alright, Woolie. Let’s see what you’ve got.
December 22, 2014 at 9:03 pm
Woolie has NOTHING.
December 22, 2014 at 10:09 pm
He has all those pies he’s stolen.
December 22, 2014 at 10:21 pm
And the Heart of that guy he killed…
December 22, 2014 at 10:28 pm
BTW, speaking of pies, which soundtrack did Woolie steal the music from?
December 22, 2014 at 11:09 pm
Armory Quinn, the music in the beginning is from Snatcher. “One Night in Neo Kobe City”, to be precise.
December 22, 2014 at 11:10 pm
Thanks, Alvin. (Its ‘Amory’, btw…)
December 22, 2014 at 9:18 pm
Bimmy and Jimmy
December 22, 2014 at 9:08 pm
Please make Rage becoming The Baz cannon.
December 22, 2014 at 11:21 pm
Nah, Rage and The Baz are eternal rivals. They’ve been duking it out since the beginning of time. The first collision of their fists is what caused the big bang.
December 22, 2014 at 9:09 pm
Holy shit. I wasn’t ready for that dope-ass intro.
December 22, 2014 at 9:11 pm
Holy fuck, that intro! Well done, Woolz.
December 22, 2014 at 9:12 pm
BEST INTRO OF 2014’S TOP TEN OF 2013. LOVE THE ART. LOVE THE MUSIC. LOVE THE STORY.
December 22, 2014 at 9:20 pm
December 22, 2014 at 9:22 pm

December 22, 2014 at 9:29 pm

December 22, 2014 at 9:31 pm
Lol those W101 lyrics.
December 22, 2014 at 9:39 pm
Props for the Gunpoint shout-out. That game deserves more recognition.
December 22, 2014 at 9:44 pm
Woolie’s confirmed for best list. Putting Platinum at the top where they belong!
December 22, 2014 at 9:47 pm
So far all of the top ten’s have been great and thought out well. When you know Wonderful 101 is going to be on everyone’s list it’s really nice to see them take creativity to the next level when presenting it. Keep up the great work, and shout out to Woolie for that sick intro and the 101 freestyle.
December 22, 2014 at 9:49 pm
Woolie you fucking weeb. Never change 8)
December 22, 2014 at 9:56 pm
Woolz ,you guy.
December 22, 2014 at 9:58 pm
tell me that isn’t the sickest intro of 2013 tho
December 22, 2014 at 9:59 pm
I love how you each have done it your own way. I have enjoyed each one. Please don’t take a year to do 2014…
December 22, 2014 at 10:07 pm
That is the chillest intro ever.
December 22, 2014 at 10:11 pm
Woolie wishes he had the dulcet singing voice of Pat.
December 22, 2014 at 10:15 pm
Thank you for using the clip of Matt, and Pat losing their shit over the title screen of Revengance
December 22, 2014 at 10:25 pm
God, I really wish I could enjoy Wonderful 101 more, but I’m stuck at some boss where, upon changing phases, I instantly die; compounded by the abysmal platforming, and I just don’t have the patience.
Which chapter is it? You may just have to watch a playthrough of the boss to see what you’re missing.
That’s what it took for me to get past the one on Chapter 1-C.
December 22, 2014 at 10:38 pm
Woolie please, let’s leave the rapping to the confirmed blackest member of the Zaibatsu, Liam.
December 22, 2014 at 11:14 pm
Dude, by far the best intro so far. You need to find an excuse to use that music again lol.
December 22, 2014 at 11:19 pm
Yo, that intro though.
December 22, 2014 at 11:44 pm
Oh, and when’s “Metal Gear Rising: Woolie’s Re-Return to the Vegeancing” hitting the shelves?
I’m really itching to fight the Watermelon PMCs.
December 22, 2014 at 11:30 pm
Best intro of anything ever. Snatcher gives you more street cred than any amount of bodies ever could.
December 23, 2014 at 12:01 am
Woolie the rap game will not remember you, but that kazoo solo was hype.
December 23, 2014 at 2:10 am
why is this review the hypes shit?!
December 23, 2014 at 3:35 am
Oh God the 2014 list is going to be such garbage… 2014 sucked.
December 23, 2014 at 4:43 am
As much as I’d like to agree with you, I already proved myself wrong; This was the only year I paid full price for any game in the last 3 years; Dark Souls II, The Stick of Truth, Shadow of Mordor, Banner Saga Single Player Campaign, Bravely Default, Fantasy Life, The Legend of Korra, Guilty Gear XRD -Sign- … There were some very solid titles that came out this year, as much of a crap-show as it was otherwise.
December 23, 2014 at 5:19 am
New Strider came out also. That was pretty good.
December 23, 2014 at 4:52 am
I really would have thought Shadowrun Returns would’ve made your list. Maybe Liam will give it some love.
December 23, 2014 at 5:21 am
Strike Suit Zero also deserves some love.
December 23, 2014 at 5:00 am
The Last of Us is ok, but I don’t see why everyone is so up it’s butt. The story makes very little sense and Joel is basically a murderer. As much as I can’t stand him, Yahtzee really nailed this one. It’s not moral ambiguity. It’s brutality. Sane people ought to hope people behave better in a real disaster than these boneheads.
December 23, 2014 at 11:56 am
Why do people hate Yahtzee so much? I saw 3 different comments on 3 different videos on Youtube just today about how much he sucks. Yeah he is looking for flaws before anything else but he judges most of the games fairly.
December 23, 2014 at 6:53 pm
I love his videogame reviews. I just hate the slimey way he badmouths and takes shots at people he dislikes or disagrees with politically or philosophically while doing so. If he could keep his bashing and his game reviewing separate, I’d still be a big fan of his. It’s just dishonest the way he spews his bile under the guise of jokes and humor the way every other political hack does these days. Ruins the entertainment.
December 23, 2014 at 7:28 pm
I stopped following MovieBob for the same reason. That guy is poison.
December 23, 2014 at 11:46 am
I thought I was one of the like 6 people who knew about Gunpoint. Such an amazing game.
December 23, 2014 at 12:54 pm
00:39 Thosand huh?
December 24, 2014 at 12:39 am
Sexy intro, even sexier outro. Good work on this one, Grandma Swamp!
December 24, 2014 at 9:47 pm
Oh number one… I LUVZ YOU WOOLIE! I never want to leave the Woolie hole.
