Also, the video just randomly ends. Everything cuts off too quickly!

I hope that cliffhanger was on purpose, and not just accidentally shorter than the youtube video.

CLU was gold, the gard was red and everyone else was green, blue, silver or white.

I dig the idea of a horror racing game.

Dang, I was so-so but then the story elements started digging their hooks in me.

I usually don’t like racers but this game got some style to it.
A futuristic/sci-fi style which I’m a big sucker for.

February 23, 2015 at 12:51 pm
Yo, this is made by the same guys that did Nitronic Rush. If anyone want a bit of a “demo” of this game, you can check that out, as it’s totally free.

Just leaving a little comment I think something went wrong with your upload here. It is only 19 minutes long here and on youtube it is roughly 46 minutes long. Needless to say what a great looking game. The introduction of fear into a racing game is such a cool idea. Woolie looked like he was having a blast with it. Hope you had fun going the distance.

So you guys convinced me to get it, and it’s fuckin’ perfect. I don’t know if Matt and Woolie have ever seen it, but this game reminds me of Kinetica on the PS2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinetica It was my favorite racing game until I got Burnout 3, then my next favorite was this game lol. I never play racing games. Anyway, I played until the end of Distance immediately after watching this vid. Pro tip: this game is much easier if you use RB and LB to boost and jump instead of A and X, because you don’t have to take your thumb off the right stick.
And to you people that are saying it ends early, Destination Unknown is only about 20 seconds long before it cuts out and says you have to wait until it’s out of early access to continue. I don’t know if Woolie and Matt realized that, but if they drove for literally 15 more seconds, they would have seen the virus glitch the screen, lose control of the car, and get a neat, Matrix-esque like screen where code on the screen says stuff like you have to wait for the final release and thanks for supporting them, and all that shit. Awesome game though, I seriously recommend getting it, and I hate racing games.
