Boxing video games doesn’t mean you only have to punch cartoon stereotypes in the face! You can punch realistically depicted people too!

HA! you thought you were simply being immature and randumz, but I can turn that around. That’s why Ippo is always so much smaller than his opponents in his weight class; his enormous shlong! The weight from the rest of his body is sacrificed for his gargantuan dick!
There, I just made you relevant!

Oh, my plans are destroyed! CURSE YOU SUPER_BUG!!!!!!!

Did I miss something? Where did this whole Grandma Swamp’s Spawn thing come from?
December 28, 2014 at 10:04 pm
Grandma Swamp is one of Woolie’s aliases made by the rest of the Zaibatsu, the “spawn” part is made by me, because I’m one of his spawns.

Remember when Pat went 6 rounds with Roy Jones Jr. and won? Haha.
December 28, 2014 at 9:53 pm
And Woolie the liar is down! Man I love this game. 😀
December 28, 2014 at 9:56 pm
I got some belly laughs from this one.

December 28, 2014 at 10:53 pm
Damn….Pat beat the SHIT out of Rage!
December 28, 2014 at 11:05 pm
No matter how many virtual black men you beat up, Pat, you can’t change the outcome of the Civil War.

Nice menu. Shit. The sound effects. Wow. Uhm. Yeah. Sounds like my really loud and obnoxious keyboard as I’m typing this. ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ

Pat’s super right about shonen, yet One Piece starts pretty bad and only gets better, mostly because every island is it’s own setting and it has a billion arcs and recently it had a tournament arc that kinda subvert the trope and it is part of the narrative.

I unironically like the gag-centered action shonen:
Beelzebub was a great ride up until it’s ending. Side stories are fun too.
One-punch man has great art and dynamic paneling to say the least.
One of my favorites, Gintama, is an long lasted series that has both toilet humor, slapstick, and some of the best ways to integrate both of those into serious samurai action arcs.
And don’t even MENTION Shokugeki no Soma. (Love me some cooking manga)
December 29, 2014 at 3:24 am
Forgot about Bakuman. A manga about manga with an evolving art style.
Not to say these are all of my favorites, but these are all from Shonen Jump I can honestly say I like(d).
December 29, 2014 at 3:11 am
Jeez Pot, seems like you played this game a little, eh?
Aw well, whatever. Good job, Clockwork!
December 29, 2014 at 7:49 am
Woolie confirmed to be a fraud in this game.
December 29, 2014 at 10:37 am
The end was amazing

Ryu would most likely Kill His opponents if he didn’t wear gloves, once he becomes Dark Ryu or His Calm Form, you know there’s gona be a corpse
December 29, 2014 at 12:35 pm
Pat, if you knew anything about boxing, you would know that the best is actually Rocky Marciano. The man won all 49 of the matches he took part in, 43 of them by ko. It took a plane crash to make him go down. No pun intended.
December 30, 2014 at 3:28 am
Wilfredo Gomez won 42 of his 44 victories by way of knock out. Henry Armstrong became the champion of 3 divisions in 9 months at a time when there were only 8 divisions and 1 champion per division, scored over 100 K.O. victories in his career, and holds the record for most consecutive welterweight title defenses. “Sugar” Ray Robinson in his prime kept a win streak going for 91 fights and he fought 12 hall of famers in his career.
Don’t over value that 0.
January 3, 2015 at 3:25 pm
All the examples you brought are of great boxers, but he is still the only heavyweight boxer to retire with no losses after defending the title 6 times. how can you overvalue that?
January 4, 2015 at 1:40 am
Just saying there were better boxers who accomplished more. He certainly belongs in any discussion of greatest heavyweights though.
December 29, 2014 at 7:24 pm
Pat starting this race war out in strong fashion.
December 29, 2014 at 8:09 pm
I love how Matt’s trying to talk it out. “It’s not my fault I am in this ring! We don’t have to fight man. We are just forced to do this because of the patriarchy man.”
December 30, 2014 at 2:50 am
Hey Pat my last name has a space in it. You shitbird.
December 30, 2014 at 9:14 pm
…and then the real Woolie stepped on Pat, but never knew it. All he knew was he never saw his ginger friend again.
