This storming game of crow-feasting throne kings is clashing pretty hard you guys.

YOU DON’T KNOW RAMSAY SNOW MUTHAFUKAS!

I get the feeling that Wollie has something planned for Matt’s wedding due to their difference of opinions on the dialogue choices…

you mean the green wedding?

I don’t think that comment on people not know Ramsay Snow is true. I picked Duncan BECAUSE I knew him and I knew he’d fuck shit up if I provoked him, which Royland very much seemed to want to do. That said I have to say I felt like EVERY DECISION I MADE WAS WRONG! Which maybe was what Telltale wanted.

Ortengryn. Pretty simple name to pronounce, really. “Or-Ten-Grin”.
I’m thinking that (if it doesn’t happen in this episode), Royland’s probably dead. I don’t him. But I don’t trust Duncan, or even Ortengryn, really. I could never make the War/Diplomacy/Bargaining choice. So many unknown variables, my balls would probably explode.
And yooooooo, Asher’s fucking hype. He’s basically a D&D Barbarian (except I’m guessing more civilized). Just “kill kill kill”, no fucking around.
Man, fuck Ramsay Snow. That guy looks like a shitty Justin Bieber. Like, honestly, his hairstyle ruins his character for me. And he’s just a gerenal shit-disturber.
HO-HOLY FUUUUCK THAT’S IT THAT’S ALL I GOT WOOOOOOOOOOAH
Now I think I have to watch the show.

And Asher should be trained by RAGE
January 15, 2015 at 9:39 pm
Implying Asher wasn’t already trained by Rage when he traveled there because…fucking why not.

I know it’s Telltale, and on Episode 3 of this playthrough I could also see all the strings and all the “it doesn’t matter anyway” choices.
That being said, the story and ending did feel really great, but still…
[SPOILERS FOR THE FINAL CHOICE IN EPISODE 1]
[SPOILER:]Ethan dies regardless of your choice with a knife to the throat.
January 15, 2015 at 7:20 pm
I’m a little dissapointed by the level of “your choices don’t matter” in this first episode. Squire is blamed for killing someone even if he shows mercy, he gets sent to the wall regardless, Ethans choices ultimately don’t mean shit, he dies. Even if you tell your uncle not to go get your bad ass brother, guess what happens when he gets word that his dad, brother and little brother are now dead and he is now Lord Forrester? He comes home. If they just wanted to make a two hour long cut scene where you press the A button every once in a while that would have pretty much been the same.

That NOOOOOOO! from Woolie at the end. Also you guys KNOW its Chaotic Evil, why did you think it was going anywhere else?
January 16, 2015 at 12:12 am
Yeah, I was thinking, “You know, this is a great game and all but there’s somethi- (22:57) OH SHIT THERE IT IS!”
January 16, 2015 at 2:53 am
I really wish Telltale would stop advertising these games on the basis that your choices matter when they clearly do not. I could see the strings just as easily as Matt and Woolie, and it was really disappointing that the choices didn’t seem to have any impact, short or long term, to be honest.
If they just want to tell a story without the player’s interference, then stop giving us options to choose from and just tell the damn story.

Wooly said not to steal the key and Lannister seal. But if it was a pie then all of a sudden Wooly would be demanding we take both of those and hide them in this throat.

“War is the only way! Our men are prepared for battle!!” *Gets punched in the stomach* *cries*
