What is it with people announcing that they’ve made the first comment? Do you consider it an accomplishment? Are you /really/ so starved for attention and so desperate to justify your own existence that you have to point it out? Whenever I see people calling “first” on comments of any sort, all I can think is that they must live a pretty sad existence, if they feel the need to do that.
It’s like when a cat comes out of the litter box with a triumphant smirk on its face, like that shit it just dropped is the biggest accomplishment of its life so far. Cats have the excuse of being cats, though. You’re a human, and you should hold yourself above such stupid displays.

Or, to simplify it a bit: This isn’t Youtube; leave that “first” crap in that cesspool, where it belongs.

Oh, man i am so excited for this game it looks so pretty.

Traversing the world? In Dragon’s Dogma? You must mean the early game, when you’re out of Stamina every five seconds.
Late/Post-game is basically point-to-point Ferrystone teleportation.
But the vistas, right? I kid, I love[d?] DD, but the early game Stamina consumption for sprinting was crap. And the difficulty died hugely pre-Grigori (I was below level 50, I think), and battles just dragged on post-Grig. Then I went to NG+, and got kind of bored. Also, difficulty doesn’t scale. :/
And Dark Arisen wasn’t really exciting to me. But the monster battles…fuuuuck, they felt so much better than Monster Hunter.

I just finished Dark Arisen the other day! I super enjoyed it, but I wish DA had more content that didn’t require such a grind to keep going. At this point (level 80-something), I feel like the only way to gain levels is to bash my head against post-Daimon monsters and bosses with ridiculous damage output (and that’s with me being a babby on easy difficulty), or run through NG+ a few more times.
It really would’ve helped if consecutive NG+ runs had more or even randomized board quests, otherwise just teleporting from main quest to main quest kills the fun.

Did you guys ever find out that the demo does have it’s full day/night cycle and not just an eternal day?
March 31, 2015 at 11:35 pm
Guys (although I’m sure you wont even read this) if you play long enough it will turn into night time if you don’t make camp.

Big Boss also obtained the recipe for Mountain Dew. He didn’t invent it, just produced it.

Shit lords didn’t even get to the only cool thing in the demo, the Zeus assist.

Pat confirmed to like Lightning, if she wore sock things.

Oh, come on! Don’t tell me this game is actually going to be good! I’m going to have to get a PS4 now! Well…in about 20 years.
